almost FO
I know you're probably anticipating a really cute Featherweight Cardigan as much as I've written about it. It may turn out okay, but right now, I'm not that excited about it. I completed the body on Saturday evening. I added stripes about every 24 rows and knit the body a little longer than the pattern suggests. I cast off with a 1x1 rib and started the sleeves yesterday. I'm trying to figure out a good sleeve length as I don't really want long sleeves and short sleeves just seem silly. Elbow length is what I'm leaning towards because I'm really tired of knitting this thing. The pattern is fine. I think it's my choice of yarn. Acrylic...yes, I know. I started out with Malabrigo lace, but the thin yarn and thicker needle combo was driving me crazy. I thought the acrylic wouldn't be so bad, but the more I knit, the more I hate.
Enough with the rant. I can't think about it anymore right now.
ugh.

It's really a drag trying to finish a project which you have lost the love for.
I agree it is really difficult to do something when our heart is not in doing it.
